Additional Fund Details

Papillon OZ Fund is a single-property Opportunity Zone Fund centered around the Papillon Towers development in Spokane’s North Bank neighborhood. The integrated, shovel-ready project will boast a mid-rise tower, a high-rise tower, and a parking podium and encompass nearly 500,000 square feet. The Papillon Towers development is one of the last remaining undeveloped private properties in North Bank.

Selkirk Development has determined there is substantial unmet demand for modern office, multifamily, and retail; significantly in mixed-use configurations like the Papillon Towers.

Organization Details Selkirk Development is a boutique urban development, and management company specializing in the redevelopment of rare properties and buildings. Since 2007, we have been developing well positioned, high quality properties across the Inland Northwest. Today, Selkirk is focused on building projects the neighborhood and community can embrace, congregate at and use. Led by Sheldon Jackson, with over 37 years of experience developing a variety of different projects and supported by a strong team. We exclusively develop properties that we consider to be rare and one of a kind. Our development focuses on creative uses of the existing built environment and integration with the surrounding community. A particular emphasis is placed on bold and unique design that complements tenants’ use.
