Located in the heart of Ybor City, Florida, the Martí Solo Suites project will offer mid-market-rate housing options to the area. As Florida’s population continues to grow, the demand for housing increases exponentially. According to guidelines, this project is located in a Historic District and therefore qualifies for both Historic and Tax credits.
The Clearwater Gardens Assisted Living Facility Project will provide 120 beds, along with adult daycare, respite care, and companion suite options. This project will feature an onsite salon and barbershop, along with tasteful, resort-style landscaping and quarters. There is currently a 200-bed shortage for Assisted Living Facilities in the Clearwater area, and this project will effectively solve 51% of the deficit.
|Organization Details||• Multi-Asset investment diversification and concentration of asset classes/subclasses across the Southern U.S. avoids concentration of investments in a specific location or property type. Specifically, in favorable census tracts reflecting high growth and undervalued areas providing quality/integrity real estate with operating businesses for communal sustainability while balancing the investment portfolio to mitigate risk either by specific asset classes or sub-asset classes.
