Our investors can control their holding period, which is important for maximizing the utility of opportunity zone tax incentives. Additionally, we do not have investor accreditation requirements, lengthy capital commitments, or Form K-1s that are typical of partnership investments. As a REIT our investors will benefit from the qualified business income (QBI) deduction. The QBI deduction will reduce the taxable income on our income paid out as dividends by 20%. Our investment minimum is $10,000. |
